How it works:

On the Centris.ca home page, click on the Search button or the magnifying glass. You can enter your desired criteria before or after this step. Then click the “Lifestyle” button in the upper right-hand corner.

Select your preferences, such as car friendly, proximity to elementary schools or the vibrancy of the neighbourhood. Your preferences will then be visible as a number in a coloured circle in the property gallery.

Access the detailed sheet of the property that interests you and scroll down to the “Location” section to view the map that will show these criteria.
